The AFC Stoneham Player Development Centre has been set up to allow players to flourish and develop with extra coaching outside of their normal team training. 

Coaching is undertaken by fully qualified coaches who are not currently involved with one of our junior teams.

The Centre is a benefit of playing for the club and only AFC Stoneham players attend at a very low cost.

Unlike other local "academies" the aim is not to make a profit and sell dreams but further develop our own players to the benefit of our junior teams and ultimately the club. That is the sole objective.
